De hele fijne bubbels geven wat koperen tinten aan de roze kleur. Het fijne en subtiele boeket onthult fruitige en delicate toetsen van frambozen en aardbeien. Het pallet is zijde-achtig en fris, maar ook gestructureerd. De fruitige aroma's zijn intens en gaan harmonieus samen met de citrus-smaken, zachte kruidigheid een elegante mineralliteit. De afdronk is fris en zacht.

Deze delicate rosé wordt gedomineerd door Pinot Noir, speciaal geselecteerd voor hun finesse en persoonlijkheid, en gelinkt aan de elegantie van Chardonnay en de fruitigheid van Pinot Meunier
Bij het blenden wordt er additioneel een hoeveelheid rode wijn van pinot noir toegevoegd uit de beste terroirs voor rode wijnen, namelijk Cumières en Les Riceys, hetgeen deze rosé haar mooie kleur en subtiele aroma's van rood fruit geven.

About Boizel
Since 1834, six generations of the Boizel family have succeeded one another at the head of the House. Florent and Lionel Roques-Boizel have implemented a new development strategy for Champagne Boizel, dedicated to an ever more precise vision of the wines and the Boizel experience. The House's vineyards, spread over seven hectares, are located in the heart of some of Champagne's most beautiful and historic terroirs, including the Côte des Blancs and Avize, a Grand Cru village where some members of the family originate.
