About La Gavacha
La Gavacha is Sylvie Ziegler's most personal project, a French woman who has been living in Spain for many years. With 15 years of experience in the wine industry, she eventually took the step to produce her own wine. For this, she selected old Garnacha vines at an altitude of over 800 meters above sea level. By linking the impact of this altitude to the final wine, her goal becomes clear: to produce fruity, complex, and above all, elegant wines.
