Vinification
The vineyard with its Molasse soil contains vines of 45 years old. The grapes are hand-picked and bruised, followed by a maceration of half a day. After the pneumatic pressing, 10% whole grapes are added for fermentation. This is done in stainless steel tanks at 19 ° C. The bottles are then filled. 4.3 g / L residual sugar.
