Vinification
During vinification, alcoholic wine is first produced. Afterwards, the alcohol is removed through dealcoholization.
Aging in 500-liter wooden barrels. The barrels are partly new and partly reused. Residual sugar amounts to 18.1 grams per liter, and the wine has a residual alcohol content of 0.20%.
